Is there a fee to register?+

No. There is no fee to submit an ordinary vendor or contractor registration.

Does registration make my company eligible to bid?+

No. Registration is an expression of interest, not prequalification. Bidding eligibility is determined through the applicable qualification and procurement process.

What is a strategic engagement?+

A strategic engagement is a separately evaluated relationship that may involve early coordination, defined responsibilities, performance obligations, opportunity development, and negotiated commercial terms.

Can I update my information later?+

Yes. Keep the response receipt sent by Google Forms, or contact PDG if your capabilities or contact information materially change.
