Jack Fulton
Chairman & Managing Member
Jack Fulton is a dynamic and results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in global sports, entertainment, and media management. Athletes under Fulton’s promotions have competed on ESPN, Eurosport, HBO, and Showtime, including Heavyweight Champions Shannon Briggs, Hasim Rahman, and Jameel McCline. He is the Founder & CEO of International Championship Boxing LLC, Fight Zone Championship, and Global Marketing & Ventures LLC; Co-Owner of the NASCAR Xfinity Series race team Our Motorsports; and Chairman & CEO of multiple entertainment and infrastructure ventures. Fulton leads the Fund’s overall vision and growth strategy, bridging large-scale infrastructure development with innovation in media and technology.
Dwayne Leslie
Executive VP, International Affairs
Dwayne Leslie is a mergers and acquisitions attorney and corporate strategist with deep experience across film financing, digital media, and international project development. Formerly with the global firm Jones Day and as COO & General Counsel for Geneva Films, he has advised on complex international ventures and corporate restructurings. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Adventist Healthcare, Leslie guides the Fund’s international expansion, global partnerships, and legal compliance frameworks.
Shane Roddy
CTO & Digital Infrastructure Lead
Shane Roddy is an infrastructure and technology executive specializing in data centers, AI-driven systems, and advanced telecommunications. As Chief Technology Officer of the Praetorian Fund, he oversees operational execution and the integration of land, power, and technology across the Fund’s portfolio.
He also leads international deployment efforts for Praetorian Data Solutions, guiding the rollout of hyperscale compute environments and next-generation digital networks. Shane’s background bridges infrastructure strategy and technical execution, ensuring that the Fund’s initiatives scale with discipline, security, and long-term performance.
Del Wilber
Finance Advisor
Del Wilber brings more than 45 years of leadership experience in sports marketing, finance, and organizational management. He has served as President & CEO at Celeritas Management Inc. and CEO of MVP Group, an IPG company. Wilber is also the President of The Perfect Game Foundation, a nonprofit supporting youth pursuing careers in sports and management. His extensive background in finance, operations, and strategic partnerships provides the Fund with disciplined oversight and fiscal strength.
Rob Correa
Entertainment, Sports, Media & Distribution
Rob Correa is a veteran broadcast executive with over 25 years of experience in sports and entertainment programming. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Sports Programming at CBS and as EVP of Entertainment & Sports at USA Network. Correa has negotiated major rights deals for the NFL, The Masters, PGA TOUR, U.S. Open Tennis, NASCAR, WWE, and boxing. He leads the Fund’s entertainment and media distribution initiatives, expanding its portfolio reach across global platforms.

Darren Vance directs research and strategic investment initiatives focused on emergent technologies and Bitcoin-related assets. With a background in business and a deep interest in innovation, he leads the Fund’s exploration of high-potential opportunities within decentralized finance and advanced technology markets. A career airline captain and lifelong learner, Darren brings analytical rigor and a spirit of exploration to both aviation and investment strategy, guiding the Fund’s pursuit of growth through precision, foresight, and disciplined curiosity.

Nicole Channa oversees operations, research, and administrative coordination for the Praetorian Fund. With a background in executive management and strategic research, she supports investor relations, cross-vertical communication, and fund-wide project development. Her analytical and organizational expertise ensures efficient execution across the Fund’s global initiatives.

Leon Margules is President of Warriors Boxing and one of the most respected figures in global combat sports management. Over his 35-year career, he has worked with Premier Boxing Champions, the World Boxing Super Series, and Manny Pacquiao Promotions, serving as a key liaison between promoters and regulatory agencies worldwide.
